I don't normally bother writing reviews but in this case I've made an exception. I had a very 70"s looking bathroom which was really yukky. The whole bathroom needed revamping. New toilet, vanity, shower, floor, walls, heated towell rail installed. I thought I'd probably need a tiler, plumber and electrician. I got Sam's name through the grey army. What a great move on my part. Sam came along and gave me a quote. He said he could do all the things I wanted without the need of involving anyone else. What he doesn't know is that I got 2 other quotes as well for the tiling. Neither quote could do the entire job - just the tiling. Sam took me to his suppliers and helped me choose the tiles and the shower surround, he listened patiently to my ideas and offered me his wealth of experience. When I asked an opinion he would say "what do you want" and then he would make it happen. I have to say that Sam is very methodical, professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. His work cannot be faulted. I'm pretty fussy and I am extremely well pleased with his work. It wasn't a straightforward job and had a few very fiddly and time consuming problems. Sam never complained, he just got the job done. We have a larger bathroom and will definitely be getting Sam back to do that job as well. I imagine he approaches the big and small jobs with the same amount of professionalism and perfectionism. I had a budget and it came in at exactly what I had anticipated. No nasty surprises. If you want the best - forget the rest. Thanks Sam - you're a genius.

Perfect experience! Sam is very kind and considerate and takes great pride & joy in his work - which is of an EXTREMELY high standard. He is very trustworthy, having spent many hours alone in my house doing the job. The end result is SIMPLY BRILLIANT!! I HIGHLY recommend to any / all who need a tiler or bathroom renovator. Rates are reasonable & he does a TOP JOB!! You can't do better than this!
